Window cleaning  

2 bedroom property – £15 

3 bedroom property – £20 

4 bedroom property – £30

Prices include windows, frames, sills and doors.

Initial cleaning might be charged at double time depending on the condition of your windows.

The above prices are a guide only and are based on standard property sizes. Large properties and bespoke homes and homes with large areas of glass or oversize extensions/conservatories will need a physical visit to provide an accurate quotation.

 

Gutter cleaning

£5 per metre of guttering - clearing out only, or £10 per metre to include outside of gutters and fascia boards.

To ensure our customer’s satisfaction and our safety, we use latest technology combining industrial gutter vacuum and water fed pole which allows us to reach difficult areas without use of ladders.

 

Conservatories

Prices start at £20 for initial cleaning and £9 per regular clean.

 

Pressure washing

Prices start at £80 for areas of up to 15 metres square for pressure washing only. Any additional services such as chemical treatment, re-sanding or sealing are subject to surcharge.
